The general idea

RegenAtlas is designed to process as little data as possible. Your photos never leave your PC: everything runs locally and the program has no telemetry. The program does not connect to the Internet: not to activate, not to work. The only possible connection is downloading the face generator, once and only if you ask for it; it is a download, and it sends none of your data.

What data is processed, and what for

Support email. If you write to soporte@regenatlas.com, your address and the content of your message are used solely to reply to you and follow up on your query.
Purchase. Payment happens on the Ko-fi platform, under its own privacy policy; the owner never sees or stores your payment details. When the purchase completes, Ko-fi notifies our server, which receives the transaction identifier, your email address and the name you gave at checkout. With those, your licence key is issued and emailed to you, and they are kept so we can assist you and resend the key if you lose it.
Using the program. Nothing. No telemetry, no usage statistics, no automatic error reports. Your photos, your saves and your collections stay on your disk. The key is typed once and checked on your own PC, with no connection.

regenatlas.com uses no cookies or analytics tools, and loads no third-party resources: the fonts are served from this domain. Your visit is not tracked.

Recipients

No data is passed to third parties, with the sole exception of Ko-fi as the payment platform described above, and any applicable legal obligations.

Retention

Support emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the query and any legal obligations arising from it. Purchase data and issued keys are kept for the legally required tax periods and for as long as the key must remain resendable to its buyer.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to soporte@regenatlas.com. If you believe your data is being processed incorrectly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
