The general idea
RegenAtlas is designed to process as little data as possible. Your photos never leave your PC: the AI runs locally and the program has no telemetry. The program's only connection is activating (and deactivating) the licence.
What data is processed, and what for
- Support email. If you write to soporte@regenatlas.com, your address and the content of your message are used solely to reply to you and follow up on your query.
- Purchase. Payment is processed through the Lemon Squeezy gateway, which acts as Merchant of Record: it handles the charge, taxes and receipt under its own privacy policy. The owner never sees or stores your card details. For each order he does receive, through the gateway's dashboard, your email address, the name you gave at checkout, the billing country and the issued licence key. That data is used solely to give you support and to release your key if you lose access.
- Licence activation. On first run, a connection is made to validate your licence key; when switching computers you can deactivate it. That connection sends only two pieces of data: your licence key and a name to identify the computer, made up of the word «RegenAtlas» and your Windows computer name. Nothing else is sent: not your photos, not your folder paths, no system information, no usage statistics. A file with the key, that identifier and the activation date is kept on your PC and deleted on deactivation.
- Using the program. Nothing. No telemetry, no usage statistics, no automatic error reports. Your photos, your RTFs and your libraries stay on your disk.

regenatlas.com uses no cookies or analytics tools, and loads no third-party resources: the fonts are served from this domain. Your visit is not tracked.
Recipients
No data is passed to third parties, with the sole exception of Lemon Squeezy as the payment processor described above, and any applicable legal obligations.
Retention
Support emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the query and any legal obligations arising from it. Purchase data is kept for the legally required tax periods.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to soporte@regenatlas.com. If you believe your data is being processed incorrectly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
